Leaflet option is a counted cross stitch pattern only so any supplies you will need will be a separate purchase. The Kit option means it's a full kit, so you will receive the chart, all instructions, DMC thread card, 14ct. fabric piece and needle.

Chart will be in black and white symbols. Stitch count 100w x 89h. Stitched on 16ct. or 32ct. fabric (cover model is a hand dyed blue) using DMC floss or Sullivans floss. Both flosses are provided with chart.
